At Glatche, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for the following reasons: size or fit issues, item not as described or wrong item received, or damaged or defective on arrival. 

Return method: by mail.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. Items must include their original tags and be returned in clear garment packaging with the SKU label.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we cannot accept returns for:

·     Intimates or swimwear

·     Final sale or clearance items

·     Items damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or normal wear and tear

Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return Instructions

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at support@glatche.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

2. Include your order number, photos of the item, and your reason for return.

3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please send us photos within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment or as store credit within 7 business days.

Restocking & Reshipment Fee

If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, refused, or had an incorrect address, a restocking and reshipment fee applies. This fee must be paid before the package can be resent.

  • United States: $8 USD

  • United Kingdom: £6 GBP

  • Netherlands: €7 EUR
